The steel bars of the girder shall be securely welded to the anchor bars of the expansion joint as far as possible. Welding shall not be applied to the steel sills of the expansion joint to avoid deformation of steel sills.
5、 伸缩装置正确就位锚固后,根据缝的外形尺寸和预留槽口制作模板,小位移量或者槽口较浅的用聚
苯乙烯泡沫板制作;大位移量或槽口较深的采用钢或木模板。模板必须遮挡严密,防止砂浆流入位移箱内或梁端间隙中,重点防止支承箱底部由于漏浆而出现混凝土虚空。 5. After the expansion joint is correctly anchored, formworks shall be made according to the dimensions of
expansion joint and the pre-fabricated recess. For small displacement or shallow recess, the formworks shall be polystyrene sheets; for large displacement or deep recess, the formworks shall be steel or wooden sheets. The formwork shall be tight to prevent mortar from entering the displacement box or the gap between beam ends. No suspended concrete due to entrance of mortar is allowed at the bottom of the bearing box.
6、 浇筑混凝土时必须严格按设计标号的配合比进行,振捣密实,混凝土顶面不低于边梁顶部,同时,
不得高出边梁2mm。混凝土与路面相接处保证等标高,且紧密连接,不得有缝隙,以确保行车平稳舒适。 6. When concreting, the concrete must be strictly in accordance with the design class and mix ratio of mixture,
and shall be vibrated fully to keep compacted. The top surface of concrete should not be lower and 2mm higher than that of side sill. The elevation of concrete top shall be equal to that of road surface. The concrete shall be tight with no gap to ensure that the driving is stable and comfortable.
7、 混凝土必须达到养护期后,方可通车,以保证伸缩装置的正常使用寿命。 7. The concrete shall not be open to public until it is cured to ensure the service life of the expansion joint.
维修与保养
Maintenance and Service
1、 经常清扫橡胶带内的泥沙和石屑等杂物,防止橡胶带损坏造成漏水,如有损坏应及时更换。 1. Remove the foreign materials, such as sand and chip, in the rubber stripe at regular intervals, so as to
prevent from damaging the rubber stripe. In case of damage, replace the rubber stripe in time.
2、 经常检查伸缩装置上平面是否平整,若平整性太差,或过车时发生明显刚性冲击,则很可能是滑动
支承或压紧支承有损坏,也可能是支撑箱底部混凝土出现破坏,这些情况都必需尽早进行处理,否则伸缩装置将很快产生剧烈的损坏,导致无法通过维修恢复正常使用功能。 2. Check the flatness of the surface under which the expansion joint is installed at regular intervals. If the
flatness is poor or noticeable rigid impact is produced when a vehicle passes over it, the sliding bearing, pressing bearing or concrete at the bottom the bearing box may be damaged. In this case, the fault shall be removed as soon as possible; otherwise the expansion joint is seriously damaged soon, and the expansion joint cannot be restored through maintenance.
3、 经常检查各缝是否均匀,若各缝间距太大,可能是位移弹簧有损坏,应及时更换。 3. Check each expansion joint for evenness at regular intervals. In case of excessive gap, the displacement
spring may be damaged, and shall be replaced as soon as possible.
4、 在更换橡胶带时,还应检查钢梁的防锈情况,必要时应除锈并重新油漆。

GDF系列模数式轨道梁伸缩装置是我公司为适应我国城市轻轨交通建设的需要,新开发的轨道梁伸缩装置。
GDF series modular rail girder expansion joint is a new developed expansion joint which is suitable for urban light rail train construction.
该装置具有大位移量、竖向和水平方向的大转角,上平面和两侧的三向受力的结构特点,并具有高抗疲劳和适应车辆制动、风力等引起的附加力的工作特点。
The expansion joint features large displacement, large vertical and horizontal turning angle, 3-direction force structure from top and both sides, and high fatigue resistance, which is suitable for additional force due to vehicle braking and wind.

独立的位移控制及载荷传输系统
Independent movement control and load transfer system
作为传输冲击载荷的横梁与位移方向平衡,这种设计可免除其承受其它的附加载荷,独立的位移控制系统可适用任何使用条件。若单组间隙被阻止不能收缩,其它组缝不受影响仍可继续使用。
The transverse sill that transfers impact load is parallel to the movement direction. This design can avoid baring other additional load. The independent movement control system is suitable for any application conditions. If single unit clearance cannot be contracted due to blockage, other joints are not affected and can be used still.

预压的弹性支承块在任何情况下,保证在受车辆冲击作用下冲击和振动力都由弹性减震块吸收,这样可有效保护伸缩缝及周围结构。故所有部件的寿命将大大延长、行车时产生的噪音较小。

The pre-pressed elastic bearing can effectively buffer and damp the impact load from the vehicles under any conditions. Therefore, the surrounding structures and bearing transverse sill can be effectively protected, and the service life of all parts are guaranteed while the driving noise is significantly reduced.
承受荷载的中梁采用挤压成型,若使用焊接成型的中梁,极易产生疲劳破。
The medial sill for bearing load is formed by injection, and damage will be produced due to fatigue if welded medial sill is used.
该结构方案容易制成超大位移量伸缩装置,且能满足大转角的需要
This structure solution can realize extra large displacement of expansion joint, and can meet the requirements for large turning angles.
走形面和导向面设置减噪板,实现行车无缝过渡,可有效降低车辆通过时的噪音,减小车辆通过时对伸缩装置和梁体的冲击。试验证明,安装了减噪板的伸缩装置可以降低车辆通过伸缩缝时噪音的70%。
A noise reduction plate is set in the passing face and guide face, and vehicle can pass the expansion joint smoothly, significantly reducing the noise of driving and the impact to the expansion joint and girder. The test shows that the expansion joint with noise reduction plate can reduce noise by 70% when the vehicle passes the expansion joint.
