Practical Writing Letters of Apology

An apology is a statement of regret and sorrow for wronging someone. A letter of apology issimply a written apology in the form of a letter.

A letter of apology need not be lengthy, but it should refer to the offence and explain whyoccurred. It should contain an admission of responsibility and possibly a promise not to repeatmistake.
