Abstract:
The article described the process of creating 1:4 000 000 political map of China with ArcGIS. We edited the spatial reference of the raster map in Arccatalog and Setted up the projection parameters after making sure the projection of the map is Lambert’s Is shaft isometric Conic projection.Then we setted up a file geodatabase and did geographic registration.Next,we converted the raster data to vector data and finishing this step we disposed the topology.Finally, we finished map labeling and map appearance.
As a result,.we get the 1:4 000 000 political map of China .We showed the provinces with different color and the name of Province and the provincial capital were labeled.Besides,administrative boundaries be represented as three kinds , national boundaries,maritime border and provincial boundary. 一、配准栅格图像
1.1 首先,打开jpg格式的1:400万中国地图,根据其?经纬线相交处相互垂直?发现双标准纬线?中央经线为直线以及中央经线为110度可知该图采用兰伯特投影(正轴等角割圆锥投影)。
1.2 步骤:打开ArcGIS → 连接文件夹 → 添加地图数据 → 属性 →编辑空间参考 → 新建投影 → 投影名称选择Lambert_Conformal_Conic → 选择地理坐标系为world -WGS1984.prj → 更改投影参数(中央经线、双标准纬线、比例因子、原点维度、线性单位每单位米数设置为1)

1.3 建立李浩兰.gdb → 视图 → 数据框属性 →常规 → 显示“度分秒” → 地理配准 → 添加控制点 → 输入经纬度 → 控制残差 → 变换(一次多项式)→ 纠正 。
