办公室秘书或工作人员接电话时,一般都先主动自报家门,显得文明礼貌。

3) I'm sorry I didn' t get it“对不起,我没有听清。”

这句话常在由于没有听清对方说的话而要求对方重述时使用。get这里的意思是“明白”。在没听清时,要求对方重复的语句还有: Could you repeat that please? Could you say it again?

4) Hold the line please. I?ll put you through“请不要挂断,我帮你转过去。 请对方不要挂断还常说以下语句: Holdon, please.
