持续配戴亲水性软性接触镜治疗丝状角膜炎

【摘要】 目的 探讨亲水性软性角膜接触镜治疗丝状角膜炎的疗效和安全性。方法 对28例（32眼）丝状角膜炎患者刮除丝状物后配戴软性角膜接触镜联合人工泪液治疗， 随访6个月， 观察治疗效果。结果 26例（92.9%）患者眼部刺激症状在3 d内完全缓解；治愈率90.6%， 总有效率100.0%。结论 配戴亲水性软性角膜接触镜治疗丝状角膜炎临床疗效好， 是一种安全实用的治疗方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of hydrophilic soft contact lens in the treatment of filamentary keratitis. Methods A total of 28 patients （32 eyes） with filamentary keratitis wore hydrophilic soft contact lens and received artificial tears treatment after filament erasion. The follow-up lasted for 6 months， and the curative effect was observed. Results There were 26 cases （92.9%） with completely relived irritative symptoms within 3 d. The healing rate was 90.6% and the total effective rate was 100.0%. Conclusion The application of hydrophilic soft contact lens has good clinical effect in the treatment of filamentary keratitis， and it is a safe and feasible treatment method.

丝状角膜炎是各种原因引起角膜表面出现由变性的上皮及黏液组成的丝状物的一种慢性、复发性角膜上皮病变。患者有明显的异物感， 常伴有畏光、流泪等严重的眼部刺激症状， 严重影响患者生活质量。持续配戴软性角膜接触镜， 用于缓解角膜疾病引起的疼痛等不适症状， 保护角膜和促进角膜伤口愈合， 在欧美国家已被广泛应用[1] 。由于担心其引起角膜感染、缺氧等并发症的发生， 持续配戴软性角膜接触镜治疗角膜疾病在国内一直没有得到广泛的应用。丝状角膜炎传统的药物治疗早期患者比较痛苦， 疗程长， 易复发。本院对 2012 年10月～2013 年11月门诊及住院的28例（32眼）丝状角膜炎患者采用软性接触镜治疗， 取得满意效果， 现将结果报告如下。 1 资料与方法
