263例孕妇甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体及促甲状腺素筛查结果分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠早期孕妇甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)和促甲状腺素(TSH)筛查的重要性。方法 采用放射免疫法检测263例孕妇(孕周20~24周)血清TPOAb，同时用电化学发光法检测TSH。结果 27例孕妇TPOAb阳性，其中有6例TSH异常(22%)；236例TPOAb阴性，其中2例TSH异常(0．8%)。21例TSH正常的TPOAb阳性孕妇TSH水平为2．55 mIU/L，阴性组为1．98 mIU/L。结论 TPOAb阳性孕妇甲状腺功能紊乱明显增加，TPOAb阳性孕妇的甲状腺功能有向亚临床甲状腺功能减退的趋势。 【关键词】甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体；促甲状腺素；妊娠

Screening and analysis of thyroid peroxidase antibody and thyroid stimulating hormone in 259 cases of pregnant women

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate importance of screening of thyroid peroxidase

antibody(TPOAb)and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in women with early pregnancy.Methods The TPOAb was determined by radioimmumoassay and TSH was determined by chemiluminescence in 263 cases of pregnant women.Results The TPOAb results of 27 example pregnant women are

positive，in which includ 6 examples of TSH are exceptional(22%); and236 example TPOAb results are negative，2 example TSH resulr is exceptional(0．8%).The TSH level of 21 examples whose TSH results are normal but the TPOAb results are positive is 2．55 mIU/L，the negative group is 1．98 mIU/L.Conclusion The thyroid function of pregnant women with positive TPOAb is much disorder than， but the average concentration of TSH in TPOAb positive group was higher than those innegative group，the TPOAb positive pregnancies showed the tendency of sub-clinical
