共纺丝法制备非对称LSCF中空纤维膜

摘 要
本次研究采用共纺丝法,以LSCF粉体、聚醚砜(PESf)、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)为原料,用N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和乙醇(EtOH)的混合溶液作为中空纤维膜内部的凝固液,用自来水作为膜外部的凝固液,经过高温烧结,制备出高度非对称的致密La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ (LSCF)中空纤维透氧膜。采用He为吹扫气,在不同流速、不同温度下,测定双层LSCF中空纤维膜透氧性能。结果显示采用共纺丝法制备的高度非对称中空纤维膜的透氧量在650-1000?C下分别是0.15-4.08 mL.cm-2.min-1。在较低温度下(600~800?C)中空纤维膜透氧量变化较小,但在高温情况下,温度大于800?C时,中空纤维膜的透氧量以直线上升。 关键词:La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ;高度非对称;共纺丝法;中空纤维;透氧性能

Abstract
Highly asymmetric LSCF hollow fiber membrane was prepared by co-extrusion, we use LSCF powder, polyether sulfone (PESf), N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) as raw mater, the N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and EtOH as internal coagulant, tap water as external coagulant. After high temperature sintering,we can get ighly asymmetric La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ (LSCF) hollow fiber membrane. Oxygen permeation fluxes through the obtained hollow fiber membranes were measured under He gradients at different temperatures and different flow. The results indicate that the highly asymmetric hollow-fiber membranes possess an oxygen permeation flux of 0.15-4.08mL.cm-2.min-1 in the temperature range of 650-1000, We also found that at lower temperatures (600~800?C) hollow fiber membrane changes in oxygen content was smaller, but at high temperatures, the temperature is higher than 800?C, the oxygen permeability of hollow fiber membrane volume to straight up.
