如何提高基层政府的公共服务能力

摘要

当今社会，基层政府公共服务职能的定位，关系到群众对政府的信任度，让人民群众监督政府公开、了解政府财政预算和预算执行情况、了解严查贪污受贿的惩罚结果，是政府维护社会公共秩序让人民放心的必然要求。同时政府应建立问责制度，维护人民群众利益、推进社会福利事业的改革与发展、严惩贪污受贿做人民放心的好政府，是当今基层政府的首要任务和职责。

社会主义新农村政府如何做到服务到群众、责任到个人、透明政府信息、公开财政预算，在人民的监督下行使自己的权力，本文从以下几个方面进行探讨，随着社会的发展政府职能管理制度仍需不断完善。
