信度(reliability)---信度指考试的可靠性,也即考试结果的稳定性。针对同一个考生,考同
样一份试卷,如果几次(不同时间)考试得到的分数相差很远,那么这个考试是不可靠的。在客观性试题占主导的考试中,信度要达到0。90以上。“托福”的信度大致为0。95。
效度(validity)---效度指的是一个考试测量了它所要测量的东西的程度。 可操作性(practicality)---指考试要方便于实施。
区分度(discrimination)---指某一试题对于不同水平考生区分的能力。
