4. Just enter your origin, destination, the date and time you wish to travel and the

customized travel information and you’ll get your point-to-point travel itinerary plus fares. Note that board here means “to be ready to let passengers to get on”. e.g. Flight 172 to Istanbul is now boarding.

7. Please wait until the train has come to a complete stop before attempting to board or

Note that the prefix “de-” means “to get off (a vehicle)”, so logically you can form some similar words like debus and deplane; but there are no such words as deship or deboat. Note the different types of lanes (车道类型):

a traffic lane, a through lane or thru lane, a carriageway, a fire lane, a loading lane, a passing lane, a collector lane, an express lane, a transfer lane, a turn lane, the emergency lane.

9. It’s best to arrive at your bus stop at least five minutes before your bus is due. A bus stop

11. When the bus approaches your stop, alert the bus driver by pressing the signal tape

15. NJ transit reserves the right to deny permission to load/unload luggage at any location

16. Baggage may not block aisles or be placed on empty seats or cause inconvenience to

e.g. The difficulty in buying a train ticket during the Spring Festival causes great

Note that the term light rail was devised in 1972 by the U.S. Urban Mass Transportation Administration (UMTA) to describe new streetcar transformations which were taking place in Europe and the United States. cf. maglev (磁悬浮列车)
