摘 要

在21世纪的今天，团队作为企业执行任务的基本单位已经得到越来越广泛的应用，越来越多的企业以团队为基础的工作方式已经取得深远的效果。企业管理者能否将自己所带的团队管理成为高绩效团队，不仅是其企业管理水平的体现，而且直接影响着企业的绩效与发展，所以企业团队管理显得尤为重要。鉴于此，本文在分析企业团队管理的特点及重要性的基础上，提出我国中小企业团队管理中存在的问题，并对我国中小企业团队管理中存在的问题给出了合理的建议和措施，以丰富企业团队的管理理论，对企业组建高绩效团队有所启示。
