基于单片机的冰箱控制器设计
摘 要
本文具体讨论了FUJITSU单片机在电冰箱中的应用方法,并详细给出了相关的系统电路原理、软件流程图和软件清单。现在,家用电冰箱是一种在家庭中应用较普遍及不可缺少的家用电器,然而,传统的机械式、简单的电子式控制难以满足现代冰箱的发展要求。电子技术的发展,使冷冻室和冷藏室的温度分别设定,定时自动除霜,节省空间等诸多功能和要求得以实现。冰箱内的温度受物品的散热特性、容量、外形,物品的充满率和开门的频繁程度等诸多因素的影响。在大多数场合下,冰箱内温度场的数学模型很难建立,因此,无法用传统的控制方法实现精确的调节,电冰箱的使用对象情况也比较复杂,层次差异很大,因而控制操作应尽可能简便。对于这类控制系统,采用单片机作为控制器核心并且能对压缩机的工作状态进行比较合理的控制而达到节能的目的。FUJITSU单片机的MB89F202是一种高级的八位微控制器系列,MB89F202是一个功能强大的微控制器,它提供了一种高度灵活和高效的使用方法,诸如像蓄电池充电器这样的简单应用。MB89F202提供如下的一些标准性能:最大存储空间为64Kbytes,8/16位的定时/计数器,8路10位逐次逼近式A/D转换器,最小指令周期在12.5MHZ时为320ns,中断响应时间为288ns/12.5 MHz,8位串行I/O口,3个外部中断1,8个外部中断2。此外,MB89F202系列还支持节电模式,这样可以减少电量的消耗。
本文所设计的冰箱控制器与生产实践相结合,特点是可行性较高,温度控制精准,所使用的单片机功能强大,对冰箱控制器研究设计具有一定的价值。

Abstract
This text concretely disscussed the application of FUJISTU semiconductor in the refrigerator and gave the circuit principle,software flow chart, software list of the system detailedly. Now, household refrigerators are widely used in families. Therefore, the type of traditional mechanism and simple electronic control is hardly satisfied the development of modern refrigerator request. The electronic technology development makes the temperature of frozen room and refrigeration room to be set respectively , defrosted automatically and duly, saved space etc. the temperature in the refrigerator is under the influence of many factors, such as theobjects’position,temperature characteristic,capacity,quantity and the frequency of the door open. Under most situations, the mathematics model of temperature field inside the refrigerator is very difficult to be established, therefore it can't be used traditional manipulative method to achieve accurate modulation, the user is different from each other , thus the operation should be as simple as possible. For this operation system, adopts the single chip microcomputer as the core of the controller and has the ability to reasonable control of compressor ’s work status , saving energy. MB89F202 is an advanced 8-bit microcontroller. It is a powerful microcontroller which provides a highly flexible and cost effective solution to many small applications such as controller for battery charger. The MB89F202 provides the following standard features : 64K bytes of Maximum memory space, 8/16-bit capture timer/counter, 10-bit A/D converter is 8 channels,Minimum execution time is 0.32 μs/12.5 MHz,Interrupt processing time is 2.88 μs/12.5 MHz ,8-bit serial I/O,External interrupt 1 has 3 channels,External interrupt 2 has 8 channels.In addition, the MB89F202 supports power saving modes to reduce power consumption.
