摘 要

变化分析是多时相、范围广遥感影像的主要应用领域，为探讨北京市丰台区近几年的土地利用变化，该文以2003年和2010年的ETM影像数据为基础数据源，以及其他统计数据等资料，参考中国科学院“中国资源环境数据库”土地利用遥感分类体系，将研究区土地利用类型分为耕地、林地、草地、水域、建设用地、其他用地六类。利用ENVI软件对其进行校正，图像增强，分类等处理，得到土地利用分类图，然后对丰台区近7年的土地利用/覆盖变化情况、各地类面积变化率、土地利用/覆盖变化总体情况进行了分析研究，得出了丰台区7年中土地利用/覆盖呈现的变化规律，并从自然因素、人口因素、经济因素和政策因素四个方面对引起土地利用变化的驱动力进行了解释，为今后土地利用的规划和管理提供了依据。

Abstract

Change analysis is a major application field multi-temporal remote sensing image study. To discuss land-use and landscape pattern changes in Beijing fengtai in recent 20 years, this study adopted the landsat/ETM images of Beijing fengtai in 2003 and 2010 as the information source,as well as other statistical data materials,this article classified the land use types of the study area into 6 classes as farmland,woodland,grassland,water construction land and others land.The software ENVI was used to conduct geometric correction, image enhancement, classification etc, we analyzed the changing of the land use and land cover from 2003 to 2010 and get the results of the change rules of the land use/land cover during 7 years. as well as explained the driving forces of the LUCC in fengtai from four aspects concerning about natural factor, population factor, economic factor and policy factor . It also provided some scientific basis for the programming and management of land using in future.
