第1章 总则

1. 编制依据

本施工组织设计主要依据以下文件编制:

1、《广州南沙物流保税区2-1区软基处理工程招标文件》广州南沙国际物流有限公司2003.11;

2、《广州南沙物流保税区2-1区软基处理工程施工图设计 说明 书》华南理工大学建筑设计研究院勘察工程有限公司2003.10;

第2章 工程概述

2.1 工程概况

该工程位于广州南沙龙穴岛围垦区内西南侧(即南沙港区一期工程4个码头用地的后方),紧邻龙穴岛水道 。

目前陆域吹填工作已完毕,吹填竣工标高为+5.80m(高程系统为当地理论最低潮面),在吹填后的场地上进行地基加固处理。地基处理方案为真空预压加固方案。

本次软基处理区域处理面积约19.21万m2,交工标高+4.70m。 施工内容有以下项目: ①铺土工布、土工格栅 ②铺砂垫层 ③插塑料排水板 ④泥浆搅拌桩 ⑤真空预压

⑥结束预压、场地平整。 2.2 设计简介

1、拟建港区原为围海滩涂地基,区内原地面标高+1.0m~+2.8m(高程零点为当地理论最低潮位,以下同),平均标高+2.0m,吹填至标高+5.8m,在其上进行地基加固。

2、地基处理全部采用真空预压法,大面积施工前,先进行典型段(试验区)施工,根据取得的参数指导大面积施工,施工中进行加固效果检验。

3、加固要求:

1)处理后的地基能满足使用荷载46kPa的要求,其残余沉降量小于250mm。 2)软基处理交工面标高+4.70m。

4、真空预压密封膜采用2层聚乙烯(或聚氯乙烯)薄膜,厚度要求大于0.12~0.14mm。真空传递滤管采用直径为2英寸的uPVC管,壁厚δ≥1.2mm,主干管采用直径为3英寸的uPVC管,所有管路埋于砂垫层顶面下约30cm深,滤管布置间距不大于6.5mm。膜下真空度观测表埋设于具代表性的两滤管平行距离的中间,按约每8
