TF集团企业文化建设研究

摘 要

北京TF教育集团（以下简称“TF”）成立于1996年，主要经营包括培养软件工程师、3G网络工程师、工装设计师等在内的IT技术培训。从集团成立到今天，已经发展成为了拥有在学学员过万人，且每期结业学员就业率均保持在96%以上的大型民营教育培训企业，为社会输送了大批应用型IT人才。“为学员就业而奉献”是TF集团经营的核心价值观，即企业的精神文化；“项目成就驱动教学”、培训讲师自发形成的“学习型组织”等是TF的行为文化；管理者的绩效考核制度、薪酬奖励制度等都与学员的就业状况直接相关，构成了TF的制度文化。在集团内部，学员的实习基地是最有价值的物质文化。精神文化、行为文化、制度文化以及物质文化形成了TF集团系统的企业文化。TF凭借自身特色的运营模式，多次入选了“中国IT教育十大品牌”，形成了教育培训业独特地、对社会和培训学员均有益的企业文化。本文在系统研究了TF集团的企业文化建设后，通过企业文化测量和相关专家的权威研究报告，分析出了该集团当前存在的问题，以及隐藏在问题背后的深层次原因。最后得出研究结论以及利用人力资源和心理学的相关知识原理对矛盾问题提出改造方案。

Abstract

TF Education was set up in 1996. It deals in educational training such as software engineer,3G engineer.Since then, TF has had students more than ten thousand, and it has become a large private education and training enterprise of which the employment rate of its graduates remained over 96％, and has furnished the society with a numerous number of applied talents. “Devotion to employment” is TF’s spirit culture, which is also the core value of TF; “project promoting learning”, “learning organization” which is created by teachers voluntarily, etc. are TF’s behavioral culture; compensation system, bonus system, etc. which are related directly to the student’s employment constitute TF’s system culture. The construction and teaching reform of practice base constitute TF’s material culture .The three cultures, together with material culture, i.e. spirit culture, behavioral culture, system culture and material culture constitute TF’s corporation culture. TF has been praised for its fame many a time. Corporation culture has been set Up in TF, which will benefit the student and the whole society. In this thesis, TFter probing into the cultural construction of TF Education, the author analyzed its existing problem and the underlying key causes of those problems through the survey of some authoritative report and the measurement of TF’s corporation culture, and then ultimately came to a conclusion, and piloted plans to reform those problems that had been found out on the basis of the related theories of human resources and psychology.
