摘 要

本文分析了中小物流企业的整体背景，通过SWOT分析方法，分析了我国中小物流企业存在的问题和发展机遇，并针对我国中小物流企业的发展困境，指出了相应的发展对策，对我国中小物流企业未来发展指出了思路。

Abstract

This paper analyzes the whole background of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, through the SWOT analysis method, analyzes the existing problems of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises of our country and development opportunities, and aimed at the development dilemma of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in China, points out the corresponding countermeasures, to the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises of our country future development pointed out ideas.
