环境复杂的基坑支护技术

摘要：昆明向阳新村棚户区改造项目基坑周边环境和地质条件复杂，形状不规则，阳角多，基坑支护和环境保护难度大。根据基坑实际情况，在阳角处采用坑顶放坡（局部）-支护桩-预应力锚索支护形式，并通过调整冠梁腰梁的净距以及锚索的入土角度，防止预应力锚索相交；在浅基础和上部结构薄弱的砖混结构区域，采用双排深层搅拌桩-支护桩-锚索支护，锚索施工采用干成孔施工工艺。监测结果表明，基坑支护环境保护效果良好。

Abstract： The foundation excavation supporting of Xiangyang renovation project in Kunming has complex environment and geological conditions， irregular shapes， too many external angles， and it is very difficult in protecting the environment and foundation pit supporting. According to the actual situation， the supporting method of supporting pile， anchor cables and slope cut is adopted at the external angular position. By adjusting the clearance distance of wales and the angle of anchor cables to prevent anchor cables intersection， the supporting method of supporting pile， the double-row piles， anchor rod are adopted at peripheral constructions with shallow foundation and structural instability， and anchor cable construction uses the technology of dry pore forming construction. Monitoring results show that practical effects are very good.

昆明地下空间开发规模越来越大，基坑工程普遍具有开挖深度大，开挖范围广，地下水位高，时常伴有水流运动，周边常常紧邻建筑物、道路、地铁、铁路、市政管线等特点。如何在市区复杂条件下，圆满完成深基坑支护工程施工，是需要面对和解决的问题[1]。在昆明向阳新村棚户区改造基坑工程中，基坑开挖深度深，规模大，基坑地下水最大疏干量达

666.4m3/d，基坑涌水量大，周边环境复杂，周边建筑保护要求高，在工程中局部应用了双排深搅桩、支护桩、锚索、锚杆、坡顶放坡等组合支护形式，在北测采用泄水管明排水，平衡坑内外水压力，变形控制效果显著。该工程灵活运用多种支护形式和处理方法的手段，可为类似工程提供借鉴。 1 工程概况
