摘 要

随着互联网的发展和医院HIS系统的广泛应用，临床与医技各部门之间的联系不仅仅局限于人工分析报告或单一的文字描述。如今的心电图机虽有先进的电子技术和计算机的引入，具有自动识别及诊断功能，但是诊断误差及自动分析与分类的局限性仍不能解决。心电图的打印必须经过人工分析和表述。

本课题研究的目的是利用多媒体和网络技术，建立一个基于网络平台的符合现代医疗要求的数字化心电图诊断管理系统，将与心电图有关的大量数据进行采集、分析、处理与保存，提高心电工作的效率并实现心电数据的数字化管理。用于远程查询、编辑及存储等，随时给临床医生提供心电图的分析诊断报告，解决纸上保存心电图的局限性，达到图形与文字描述的整体规范化。将患者的所有诊析、治疗信息进行显示统计处理，为医生抢救患者赢得时间。

本课题采用面向对象的软件思想，利用统一建模语言（UML）对软件系统进行分析，通过用例图、顺序图等表达出完整的功能模块，然后解决并应用开发过程中用到的关键技术，并在这些分析的基础上对系统进行整体设计，最后对软件进行测试。目前本系统已经投入运行，并且取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。

本系统有较强的使用价值和一定的推广价值。

Abstract

With the development of the Internet and hospitals HIS system wide application,

between clinical and medical technology linkages is not limited to a single report or analysis of the textual descriptions. Today, ECG has advanced electronic technology and the introduction of the computer, with automatic identification and diagnostic capabilities, but automatic error and the diagnosis and classification of the limitations remain unresolved. ECG print must go through analysis and description of artificial. The purpose of this research is the use of multimedia and network technology, the establishment of a Web-based platform in line with the requirements of modern medical diagnostic digital ECG management system, and the large number of ECG data collection, analysis, processing and preservation, and improve the work of the ECG efficiency and achieve digital ECG data management. For remote enquiries, such as editing and storage, ready to provide clinicians ECG analysis and diagnosis reporting, addressing the limitations of paper preservation electrocardiogram, graphics and text to describe the overall standardization. All patients will be attending analysis, treatment statistics show that information for doctors save patients win time.

The topic of the software using object-oriented thinking, use of Unified Modeling Language (UML) of the software system, through use case diagram, sequence diagram, such as a complete expression of functional modules, and then solve used in the process of developing the key technologies and applications, and on the basis of these analyses on the overall system design, the last of the software for testing. Currently, the system has been put into operation, and made good social and economic benefits.

This system is useful and is worth of popularizing.
