基于PROE软件船用调节器设计
摘要:本设计先通过对船用调节器工作原理分析和对机构方案进行对比选择分析,确定本文所设计的结构方案。利用PRO/E软件对结构进行建模,对零件进行设计计算校核.最后,从加工工艺上对重要的零件进行分析。

The Ship Regulator design base on PRO/E software
ABSTRACT: This design analyses the oil temperature regulator principle of work at first. The organization plan carries on the contrast choice analysis to the organization plan and determines the design of the structure of this progrPro/Emer. The structure carries on the modeling with PRO/E and parts of the design verification calculation. Finally, which the important components carries on the analysis from the processing craft.

船用调节器是船用柴油机中重要的组成部分,对柴油机的冷却水和机油温度进行温度调节,对提高柴油机的热效率和机械效率,降低燃油耗率、改善排放,提高使用寿命都具有一定的促进作用[1-2]。
