1、what to wear意为“穿什么”，是一个“Wh- + to + 动词原形”结构。

如：I don’t know to do next. 我不知道下一步该做什么？ He doesn’t know how to do it.他不知道如何做这事。

2、wear意为“穿着”，表示“穿”的状态，但put on表示“穿”的动作，意为 “穿上”。 如：She is wearing school clothes today.她今天穿着校服。He’s putting on a new coat.他正在穿臆见新外套。

3、in bed意为“卧床休息，睡觉”。

如：Tom is ill in bed today.汤姆今天生病卧床。Reading in bed is bad for eyes.躺在床上看书对眼睛有害。 【学习过程】
