印染废水处理工程设计
摘 要
印染行业是工业废水排放大户,据不完全统计,全国印染废水每天排放量为3×106~4×106m3。印染废水具有有机物含量高、碱度大等特点,属难处理的工业废水。废水的进水水质为CODcr:800mg/L,BOD5:200mg/L,SS:100mg/L,pH:9-10,色度:500倍;出水水质为CODcr:100mg/L,BOD5:25mg/L,SS:70mg/L,pH:6-9,色度:40倍。本次设计采用水解酸化+氧化沟处理方法。废水经水解酸化后能降低后续处理的难度,氧化沟用以降低废水中的CODcr和BOD5。计算出各种处理构筑物的尺寸大小,并进行合理的布局。废水的处理成本为0.74元/m3。

The textile wastewater treatment engineering designs
Abstract
Textile wastewater is a major industrial wastewater discharge. According to incomplete statistics, textile wastewater emissions is 3×106~4×106m3 per day. Textile wastewater’s characteristic are contenting much organic and high alkalinity and so on. The ingoing water quality is CODcr : 800 mg/L , BOD5: 200 mg/L , SS: 100 mg/L , pH: 9-10, chroma: 500 times; the outgoing water quality is CODcr: 100 mg/L , BOD5: 25 mg/L , SS: 70 mg/L , pH: 6-9, chroma: 40 times. I have chosen the hydrolytic acidification and oxidation ditch treatment. The difficulty of follow-up can be reduced after wastewater is hydrolysis and acidification. The oxidation ditch uses to reduce the CODcr and BOD5 in the wastewater. Calculates each kind of processing construction the size dimension, and carries on the reasonable layout. The wastewater processing cost is 0.74 Yuan per m3.
