一.作文评分原则：

1．采用总体评分法。阅卷人员就总的印象给出奖励分，而不是按语言点的错

误数目扣分。

2．从内容和语言两个方面对作文进行综合评判。内容和语言是一个统一体，

作文应表达题目所规定的内容，而内容要通过语言来表达。应注意的主要内容为：内容要点、应用词汇和语法结构的数量和准确性、上下文的连贯性及语言的得体性。要考虑作文是否切题，是否充分表达思想，也要考虑是否能用英语清楚而确切地表达思想，即要考虑语言上的错误是否造成理解上的障碍。

3．本题总分为25分，按5个档次给分。

4．评分时，先根据文章的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的

要求来衡量，确定或调整档次，最后给分。 5．词数少于80的，从总分中减去2分。

6．如书写较差，以至影响交际，将分数降低一个档次。

7．白卷，作文与题目毫不相关，或只有几个孤立的词而无表达思想，则给0分。
