卡夫利亚进出口有限责任公司外贸出口业务操作过程设计方案

摘 要

进口业务流程是外贸业务员在国际贸易中从事外贸业务工作的路径，熟悉进口外贸业务流程是外贸业务员做好外贸业务的前提条件。本论文以美国卡夫利亚进出口有限责任公司向中国的上海永鑫贸易有限公司进口男士棉夹克为业务背景，针对男士棉夹克的进口业务设计具体业务操作流程。该设计涉及公司业务部、单证储运部、财务部、仓库管理部等部门，业务流程包括进口贸易中进口前准备，贸易函电磋商，委托货运代理，保险，货运报关报检等相关操作。

Abstract

Import business process is a foreign trade salesman in the foreign trade business in the international trade route, familiar with foreign trade business process is the precondition of the foreign trade salesman to do foreign trade business. In this paper, the United States Kafuliya Import and Export Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, China Yongxin Trade Co., Ltd. imports of men's cotton jacket for the business background, for men's cotton jacket import business, the design of specific business processes. The business process includes import preparation before trade, trade consultation, entrusted freight forwarders, insurance, cargo declaration and other operations.
