设计总说明
本文主要计算了年产14万吨铜的熔炼、吹炼、精炼工艺及设计了铜电解精炼车间。通过毕业实习并搜集相关资料,熟悉了熔炼、吹炼、精炼工艺及车间布置,了解了各个过程的原理和设备。根据已知条件,选定各操作技术条件和技术经济指标。在物料平衡和热平衡计算的基础上,根据给定的条件选择合适的工艺流程和主辅设备。同时对厂址的选择进行了说明,对年产14万吨铜的铜电解精炼槽进行了槽型设计及车间布局设计。绘制出了铜电解精炼电解槽安装图、车间平面图、车间剖面图及工艺流程图各一张。在最后对铜生产中的污染及其治理做出了说明。

Design Description
This paper calculated the annual output of 140,000 tons of copper smelting, blowing, refining technology and design of the copper electrolytic refining plant.By graduation practice and gather relevant information, familiar with the melting, blowing, refining processes and plant layout, understand the principles of the various processes and equipment.According to known conditions, technical conditions selected for each operation and technical and economic indicators.On the basis of material balance and heat balance calculation, according to the given conditions to select the appropriate process and auxiliary equipment.While the site selection has been described on the annual output of 140,000 tons of copper in the copper electrolytic refining tank were slotted design and plant layout.Draw a electrolytic copper refining cell installation drawings, workshop plan, shop for each cross-sectional view and a flow chart.Pollution in the final production of copper made instructions.
