按照支队党委的部署，最近我认真学习了《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》和《中国共产党纪律处分条例》，更加深刻地认识到廉政建设和纪律处分对每个工作岗位的重要意义。作为一名国家公务员，我们要紧跟时代步伐，积极响应中央的号召，时刻不忘廉洁自律、自觉遵守党的纪律、勤勉工作，将清正廉洁贯穿于日常的思想和各项工作之中，努力做到廉政纪律不可忘，腐败红线不可触，公仆之情不可移。

现就我学习《中国共产党纪律处分条例》谈谈自己的几点体会： 一、深刻认识遵守廉政准则、保持清正廉洁的重要意义

思想是行动的先导。优良的精神文化是指引和约束人们具体行为的强大动力。反腐倡廉工作一直是推动党风廉政建设的重要工作，从某种意义上讲也是对个人思想道德品质的重要考验。当前，作风问题、腐败问题对我们党长期执政形成了严峻挑战，党领导下的每位党员干部也面临同样的挑战。要真正做到清正廉洁，就必须从源头抓起，从思想根源入手，营造“以廉为荣、以贪为耻”和“鞭挞腐败、崇尚廉政”的良好氛围。中央出台《廉政准则》和《处分条例》，就是要以学习思廉、以警示促廉、以纪律保廉，使廉洁意识植根于每位党员干部的头脑之中，人人遵守《廉政准则》和《处分条例》，牢固树立正确的价值观、政绩观和工作观，常修为政之德、常思贪欲之害、常怀律己之心，不断增强清正廉洁、勤政为民的思想意识，不断提高拒腐防变的能力，贯彻“为民、清廉、务实”的要求，真正从思想上预防腐败现象、从纪律上制止腐败现象的发生。

其次，必须加强学习，提高业务工作水平。认真学习和领会新时期中央有关推进党的建设伟大工程的决定精神，以及深化干部人事制度改革的有关政策精神，不断提高政策理论水平，为做好本职工作打下扎实基础。同时，要充分珍惜学习的机会，加强理论的学习，掌握更多更新的公共理论知识，开拓视野，完善知识机构，并理论联系实际、学以致用，不断提高综合素质和工作能力。

再次，切实转变观念，树立依法、依规工作的意识。要切实加强对有关法律、法规的学习，同时加强自我宣传教育，提高执行制度的自觉性，树立严肃纪律，依法行政的观念，从根本上防范和遏制违法违规的发生。当前，要加强对《廉政准则》和《处分条例》的学习和掌握，正确领会其精神实质，并严格按照《廉政准则》和《处分条例》的要求开展工作、加强自我约束。

最后，坚持廉洁奉公，筑牢拒腐防变的思想防线。在党员干部中起模范带头作用。在工作中必须保持公道正派、廉洁自律的形象，自觉“讲党性、重品行、作表率”，遵循“立党为公、执政为民”理念，“常修为政之德、常思贪欲之害、常怀律己之心”，在思想上筑起一道牢固的防污染和拒腐蚀的壁垒，始终保持共产党员的良好形象。
