一、 知识目标:能大声流利地朗读出本单元的重点词汇和目标句型 Words and expressions Sentences:

1. What’s the matter? I have a stomachache

2. What’s the matter with Ben? He hurt himself. He has a sore back. 3. What should she do? She should see a dentist. 4. Does she have a toothache? Yes, he does. 5. Do you have a fever? I don’t know.

二、能力目标:通过学习本单元的内容,提高学生的健康和救护能力。 三|情感目标:通过讨论健康状况,增进学生对健康和救护知识的了解,形成积极向上的生活观。

语法难点:对What’s the matter? 的不同回答以及should用法 教学过程:

Step1 Talk about the students’ vacation.

Where did you go on vacation? Did you have a good time?

Step 2 Read the words of this unit.

Step3. Presentation Learn the following sentences by PPT:

1. What’s the matter? I have a stomachache

2. What’s the matter with Ben? He hurt himself. He has a sore back. 3.What should she do? She should see a dentist. Step4: 2d Role-play the conversation.

1.I have a headache and I can’t move my neck.

2.Should I take my temperature?

3.If your head and neck still hurt tomorrow, then go to a doctor. Step5: Read loudly and talk each other.

At 9:00 a.m. yesterday, bus No. 26 was going along Zhanghua Road when the driver saw an old man lying on the side of the road. A woman next to him was shouting for help.

The bus driver, 24-year-old Wang Ping, stopped the bus without thinking twice. He got off and asked the woman what happned. She said that the man had a heart problem and should go to the hospital. Mr. Wang knew he had to act quickly. He told the passengers that he must take the man to the hospital. He expected most or all of the passengers to get off and wait for the next bus. But to his surprise, they all agreed to go with him. Some passengers helped Mr. Wang to move the man onto the bus.
