Do you have any bad habit? Today I’d like to tell you my story. I used to drink a lot of Cola, about two or three cans everyday. At meal time, I would say I was not hungry at all and didn’t want to eat. Because of the Cola I drank, I ate very little and got thinner and thinner and even had a stomachache often.
Later, I followed a doctor’s advice. I started to drink only water and have meals on time. Gradually I put on some weight. And I am a tall and strong boy now.
