二、设计要求（包括原始数据和主要指标）：

本篇论文首先将会相对简洁的对当前国内金融现状进行分析，并从支付宝、余额宝、娱乐宝等等新兴的互联网金融产品为切入点，对国内互联网金融的现状及未来进行分析展望。 论文中将会借鉴国外的一些发展状况以及中国的国情进行合理分析。同时也将引入余额宝失败的意义（传统银行的打压实际上余额宝已经失败了）、娱乐宝（众筹）等等新型的互联网金融产品兴起等等内容作为分析对象。

整体上将使用对比分析法、结构分析法、数据分析法，从金融结构、利率市场变化、融资体系等等方面进行分析并展开。并适当的加入互联网金融对于普通老百姓生活的影响。

三、设计说明（论文）内容：

首先，将会对新兴互联网金融产品进行了解并尝试使用后得出使用感受。

其次，从金融市场的发展以及互联网金融的发展进行内容规划以及逻辑梳理。

论文遇到的最大困难将会是新型产业发展的不确定性以及国内整体金融市场正处于变化期所带来的不确定性，我将会尽可能的找寻详实的材料并进行全面的分析，得出一个比较客观的结果，以免造成误判或想当然的结论。

论文预计成果将会对整个互联网金融现状以及发展有一个基本的阐述及预测。

由于国家对于金融市场的进一步放开，同时互联网金融产品对于传统银行、股票甚至整个金融结构已经开始产生了冲击，因此此方向必然是未来几年最热门的话题，因此此论文分析内容具有一定的现实意义及研究意义。

Internet banking refers to rely on the payments, cloud computing, social networking and search engines and other Internet tools to achieve a financing, payment and information services , such as emerging financial intermediaries . With the rapid development of the Internet in recent years and rising user demand , Internet banking has received preliminary approval of the public, and the emergence of a large number of Internet-based financial products, although at this stage of Internet banking is still in its infancy, there are still many shortcomings and even shortcomings, on the whole , however , the financial advantages of the Internet is still determines its bright future ! Internet banking is one of the hottest topics in the moment, especially in the world's second largest economy, China , has become a big sweet universal hot . In recent years the domestic interest rate and exchange rate market , the gradual relaxation of financial controls , making China 's economy more attention professionals at home and abroad . History has proven that every major change in the world's major economies , often accompanied by some innovations will emerge .

互联网金融是指以依托于支付、云计算、社交网络以及搜索引擎等互联网工具，实现资金融通、支付和信息中介等业务的一种新兴金融。伴随近些年互联网的迅猛发展以及用户需求不断提升，互联网金融已经受到了大众的初步认可，并出现了大量互联网金融产品，虽然现阶段互联网金融仍然处于发展初期，仍然还有诸多不足甚至缺点，但是从整体上来看，互联网金融的优势依然决定了其光明的未来！

互联网金融是当下最热门的话题之一，尤其是在世界第二大经济体的中国，嫣然成为了全民热议的大事。近些年国内利率和汇率市场化，金融管制逐步放松，使得中国经济更加受到国内外专业人士的关注。历史证明，全球主要经济体的每一次重大变革，往往都会伴随着一些创新出现。

现今中国正处于互联网金融浪潮兴起阶段，新兴的互联网金融不断冲击传统金融体制以及中国金融结构及整体框架的微妙调整使得这一变化都将预示着可能发生的深刻变革。

目前市场上，最热门的互联网金融当属P2P模式和阿里模式，本篇论文也将会详细讲述二者的详细内容以及通过他们的发展阐述我国互联网金融的现状，并根据这一状况综合国家政策、国外状况进行展望，并得出一些预测。同时，本文还将从普通民众的角度对我国互联网金融提出一些期盼。
