6. 技术服务条款 6.1 安装、调试与培训

仪器到货后，厂家需再接到用户通知后10个工作日内进行安装调试；提供2名用户管理人员的现场操作使用及基本维护的免费培训。 6.2 验收：按标书及合同要求的技术指标验收。 6.3 保修期

保修期为安装验收合格之日起一年，在保修期外软硬件出现的问题，接到用户通知后二十四小时内给予答复，两个工作日内给与解决方案并到达用户现场解决问题。重大问题或其它无法立刻解决的问题应在一周内解决或提出明确的解决方案，如因卖方原因不能及时修复，保修期将相应顺延。 设备保修期满前1个月，卖方免费负责一次全面的检查、维护，并写出正式报告，如发现潜在问题，应负责排除。

设备供应商提供终身维修，并保证不低于十五年的零配件供应。 6.4 软件升级

在硬件支持的前提下，免费提供软件升级。 6.5 提供维护操作手册和维修电路图。 7. 包装要求及运输方式

包装要求：应使用崭新坚固之木箱（标准出口包装），适合于空运、海运或陆运等长途运输方式；适合气候变化；抗震、防潮、防雨、防锈、防冻。投标商应对任何由于不当包装或防护措施不利而导致的商品损坏、损失、锈蚀、费用增长等后果负责。 8. 交货期：合同签订后四-六个月交货 9．交货地点： 北京首都机场
