本人进入同仁县法院工作至今已有两年多时间，通过这 两年来在办公室、立案庭、执行局的学习、工作，对法院工 作有了一定的了解和认识，个人得到了相应的提高，也学到 了很多法院工作的技能和知识。法院的工作是让很多人羡慕 的，但是两年多来，由于我自身能力不足，自我感觉以我目 前的状态不足以顺利完成日常工作，经常会因为个人能力和 所学不能为单位的发展发挥最大的效能而深感愧疚。 我反省过自己的工作，发现自己未曾从工作中体会到法 院工作的神圣以及工作完成的成就感，反而因为不能完全为 工作付出所学而感到愧疚，致使每天都以一种浑噩的状态去 面对工作。这种心态在法院工作中是极其危险的。 通过在工作中不断的反省，觉得我个人工作能力与法院 目前的岗位设置和工作安排缺乏对应点，以致不能为法院工 作发挥个人的最大能力和热情，这说明我个人综合能力跟不 上法院对人才的要求，不能达到一个优秀法院干警的标准， 对此我深表歉意。 经过长时间的慎重考虑，结合目前本单位人员编制的实 际情况，为了减轻单位负担，我决定暂时离开目前的工作岗 位。总结 我现在的工作跟法院工作的工资标准，我做的确实 不够，这份工资我受之有愧。法院并不是养闲人的地方，我计划 去重新学习一些专业知识和工作经验，以便日后能更好 的为法院工作发展作出自己应有的努力。于此，特申请办理 停薪留职相关事项以期日后学成归来为单位做出自己最大 的贡献。 感谢两年多来关心帮助我的领导，以及情同手足的同事 们。
