摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高，人们有更多的时间去享受生活，而旅行也成了很重要的一部分，因此也促进了旅游事业的发展，旅游信息化的升级和智慧旅游城市建设的兴起，智慧旅游成为我国各地旅游信息化建设的重点和理论研究的前沿问题。但由于尚处于初级阶段，智慧旅游的基本概念及相关理论体系尚未建立或为达成一致，不能有、有效指导实践。这会造成智慧旅游信息系统或工程建设的混乱、信息孤岛以及因工程建设失误而造成的巨大资源浪费。

abstract
With the improvement of people's living standard, people have more time to enjoy life, and travel has become a very important part, therefore also promoted the development of tourism, the rise of tourism information technology upgrades and ,the wisdom of tourism has become a frontier problem of focus and the theoretical study of China's tourism information construction the. But because is still in the initial stage, the basic concept of wisdom tourism and related theoretical system has not been established or to agree ,cannot have ,effectively guide the practice .This will cause the wisdom of tourism information system or project construction, information isolated island and the confusion caused by the construction error of a great waste of resources
