新乡市中学教师职业认同的现状分析
摘 要
职业认同是个体对所从事职业的肯定性评价,中学教师职业认同的高低,关系到他们对本职业的热爱和肯定程度,既是干好本职工作的前提和保障,也是教师专业发展的内在动力。关注中学教师自身发展,提高教师素质,是教师专业发展的要求,也是更好地为学生及家长服务的要求。中学教师职业认同程度越高越能够促进中学教师专业发展。因此,研究中学教师职业认同对教师专业发展有着重要的意义。
为提高和增强新乡市中学教师的职业认同感,笔者主要通过文献法、问卷法、调查法等对新乡市六所中学的教师进行教师职业认同的研究,并提出相应的解决方法和建议。

The Analysis of the Present Condition of Senior School Teacher’s
Professional Identity in Xin Xiang
Abstract
The professional identity refers to the positive evaluation the in dividual render to his career. Related to how much he loves his work and how he evaluates it, the professional identity of a senior school teacher, on the one hand, is a prerequisite as well as a guarantee for him to do his work well. It is not only the requirement of the development of teachers to attach importance to the self-development of senior school teachers and to improve their qualities, but also of better serving for the senior school children and their parents. The more intense of the professional identity, the more progress it brings to the development of senior school teacher majors. Therefore, it is of great significance for the development of teachers to study the professional identity of senior school teacher.
In order to improve and enhance teachers’ professional identity in the senior school in Jinxing, the author investigate the teachers’ professional identity in six senior school in Jinxing mainly through documents ,questionnaires and investigations, proposing solutions and recommendations.
