摘要：近年来我国房地产行业发展迅速，由以往年的供不应求变成了如今的供

大于求，中国三四线城市有大量房地产库存，北方城市尤为严重。三四线城市房地产去库存之路任重道远，房地产去库存已经成为政府的一大心病。本文通过对我国城市房地产行业发展现状，尤其是三四线城市房地产的发展进程以及库存现状和房地产库存问题产生的原因进行分析（本文拟以***市为例），提出有效的促进房地产去库存的相关策略，从而促进房地产行业的健康可持续发展。

Abstract:In recent years, the development of China's real estate industry rapidly, from previous demand into today's oversupply, the three or four line of the city Chinese has a large number of real estate inventory, North City is particularly serious.
