Abstract

Chongqing Qingmuguan of the new medical building on the site. This project is located in chongqing ShaPingBa Qingmuguan lake dam of club. It is a complex engineering, covered an area of 2774.77 m2 and its construction area is 22715.75 m2.It underground floor, 16 layers on the ground . One floor is yuan and it will last for 300 days.

The engineering uses the structure for the frame shear wall structure.It is base on both reinforced concrete independent foundation and shear wall under the bar. Its durable years is 50 years and the seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees,.The grade level of architectural design is 1.

In the implementation of engineering construction , supervision planning quality, safety, cost for project schedule. So we must make a scientific,

institutionalization

and

standardization

supervision

planning,And we must make efforts to implement the supervision institution of the review to up to the national standards, industry standards. Only in this way can we make for more reasonably arranging supervision personnel and improveing the efficiency of supervision in the future. At the same time, the content of supervision planning would be more supplement and gradual adjust with the progress of the project construction. And final achieve the overall goal of the project construction.

This topic is mainly for Qingmuguan medical center the planning of project supervision. The project supervision planning and detailed rules is completed with the graduation design specification and the relevant laws and regulations in the construction. It is for the supervision organization

overall supervision and unit project supervision work.
