依次打开控制柜内空气开关及控制柜面板上钥匙开关;
? The HMI and PLC are started at the moment, and then check if there are alarms. If alarm exists, then clean it and go to the next step
此时,上位机及PLC都已启动,检查是否有报警,如果有,排除报警后进入下一步;
? Check the measuring instrument is normal or not. If the measuring value is the room temperature, the pressure value shall be around 1 BarA
检查测量仪表是否正常,此时温度测量值应为室内温度,压力测量值在1BarA左右;
? Till now the power is on, and you can go to the next manual control or auto control operation step.
至此,上电结束,可进行下一步手动控制或自动控制操作。

Manual Control手动控制
Before the manual operation, the utilities shall be checked, including compressed air, cooling water, steam (if SIP is needed), pure water, or injection water (if CIP is needed).
启动手动操作前,需检查公用设施供应是否正常,包括压缩空气、冷却水、蒸汽(如需SIP或者冷阱除霜)、CIP水(如需在线清洗)。
To start the manual operation, please follow the steps below:
请按以下步骤,启动手动操作:
? Go to the console mimic by clicking the operation button in the menu bar
点击菜单条上”操作”按钮,进入操作台画面;
? Setup the reasonable general parameters, referring to table3.4
设定合理的通用参数,请参考表3.4控制台界面功能说明;
? Activate manual mode (note: the auto control mode shall be stopped before
activation)
激活手动模式(注:激活前需停止自动模式控制);
? Start the manual operation, the detailed operation instruction is in table3.4
启动手动操作,详细操作及启动说明参看表3.4控制台界面功能说明。
In the manual mode, the user can finish some combined functions by some manual operations. For instance, if the conditions are not satisfied for a certain manual operation (the PC will inform that the conditions are not satisfied), the PLC will refuse to execute. Table 4.2 lists some notes during the manual operation which needs carefully reading.
用户在手动模式下,可以通过一系列手动操作,完成冻干机的一些组合功能。如果某项手动操作的启动条件未满足(上位机会提示没有满足的条件), PLC将拒绝执行。表4.2 列出了手动操作时的一些注意事项,用户需仔细阅读。
