Essay outline

Use the following template for your essay outline. Modify it to fit all your ideas i.e. if you need more space use it (2 pg maximum). Remember to write a thesis statement, and use full sentences for your topic sentences. Use note-form for the rest. Write where you will get the supporting information from (reference a, b etc) and include a full list of all sources in the reference section. Type in the details, print it out and hand it in Session 7.

- Traditionally, thrift was regarded as one of the virtues in China. -China?s reform and open up to the outside world are deepening.

There are three reasons for the radical change that “Chinese consumers” have

powerful spending. Firstly by the economic development and the standard of people?s life, then by the change of the consumer consciousness and lastly by the intensification of competition.

people?s life improves, which causes the level of consumption rise noticeably. ? Support a: people?s discretionary income increases

only the safety needs and physiological needs.

To conclude, Chinese consumers have a strong spending power for the economic

development, the change of consumer consciousness and the intensification of competition. It should be clear that as the times progress and society advances, the standard of people?s life will improve.
