基于PLC花样喷泉的设计

摘 要

随着人们生活水平的提高，我们对娱乐活动的需求也越来越强烈。而现在随处可见的喷泉就是一种我们熟悉的娱乐方式，喷泉在我们的生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。在许多广场、景区、游乐场我们都能看见。他们按照一定的规律来回喷水，变换出各种花样，令人赏心悦目。夜晚的时候，再配上绚烂的灯光，让我们置身于浪漫的境界。传统的喷泉一旦设置好喷水的方式后就能自动的进行循环。而且不能随意的改变喷水的时间与喷水的花样。所以一种十分方便的替代品就是使用PLC控制，PLC具有很多优点，具有体积小、价格便宜、使用方便，具有很强的扩展性与良好的稳定性，最重要的是使用的过程相对比较简单。我们可以通过改变喷泉控制系统中的控制程序来实现对不同花样的控制，而且能够很方便的对喷泉的喷水规律进行控制，以便能够产生我们所需要的各种花样，按照不同场合的要求进行独特的定制。本文主要提出了基于PLC控制系统的花样喷泉的控制，通过对PLC程序的简单设置，实现不同花样的变换。我们选择的系统控制器是西门子生产的S7-200系列。通过对四中不同的输入输出的接口进行分配，实现4种喷水花样的控制，选择流行的MCGS组态软件完成花样喷泉系统的人机界面的设计，从而实现西门子PLC与人机屏面的通讯。 关键词:PLC；喷泉；控制系统；组态

The traditional fountain can be automatically circulated once the water spray is set. And can not arbitrarily change the water spray time and water spray pattern. So a very convenient alternative is the use of PLC control, PLC has many advantages, with small size, cheap, easy to use, with a strong scalability and good stability, the most important thing is to use the process is relatively simple The We can change the control program in the fountain control system to achieve the control of different patterns, but also very convenient to control the waterfalls of the fountain in order to be able to produce the various patterns we need, in accordance with the requirements of different occasions Unique customization. This paper mainly puts forward the control of the pattern fountain based on the PLC control system. Through the simple setting of the PLC program, the transformation of different patterns is realized. We chose the system controller is Siemens production S7-200 series. Through the four different input and output interface distribution, to achieve four kinds of water spray pattern control, select the popular MCGS configuration software to complete the design of the mana interface fancy system design, in order to achieve Siemens PLC and man-machine screen communication.
