我国城市社区管理体制的研究

摘 要

构建社会主义和谐社会，是党中央根据我国社会结构和社会生活的深刻变化提出的重大战略任务，随着城市管理重心下移，社区承担着越来越多的社会管理职能。作为社会的社会基本单元，只有社区的“小和谐”，才能带来整个社会的“大和谐”。随着我国市场经济改革的不断深入,我国现有的城市社区实际运行依靠居委会和街道办事处来管理居民的管理模式,已经远远不适应现代社会的发展,应打破现有的社区体制,建立新型的、明确的、有效的社会体制,明晰社区管理权责,推进中国城市社区管理体制的改革,以适应经济发展的需要。

ABSTRACT
