摘要：目的 探讨提高老年糖尿病患者的服药依从性的护理对策。方法 总结分析150例老年糖尿病患者的护理经验。结果 服药护理指导贯穿老年糖尿病患者治疗的始终，有效的提高了糖尿病患者的服药依从性。结论 通过临床服药护理健康宣教可以提高糖尿病患者的认知水平，以此来改善并提高老年糖尿病患者的生活质量。 关键词：老年患者；糖尿病；服药；护理

糖尿病随着年龄增加而增高，如果血糖得不到及时有效的控制，则会导致导致一系列的并发症发生，严格影响到老年人的生活质量和身体健康。而目前服药治疗仍然是治疗糖尿病的重要方法之一，老年糖尿病患者由于生理及病理上等因素的影响往往出现服药能力下降，如漏服、多服等现象。为了更好地帮助患者或家属提高患者的服药能力，对患者进行系统的服药护理显得尤为重要。 1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料选取我科2011年4月~2012 年3月150例老年糖尿病患者，其中60~69周岁占102例，70周岁以上的占48例，针对患者病情的不同特点，经过细致的临床评估，实行有对性的护理，结果150例血糖得到了良好控制，临床好转已出院。
