摘 要

天然气脱硫厂供电，就是指天然气脱硫厂所需电能的供应和分配，亦称天然气脱硫厂配电,本设计就是给一个天然气脱硫厂的三个车间供配电。

众所周知，电能是现代工业生产的主要能源和动力。电能既易于由其他形式的能量转换而来，也易于转换为其他形式的能量以供应用。电能的输送和分配既简单经济，又便于控制、调节和测量，有利于实现生产过程自动化，而且现代社会的信息技术和其他高新技术无一不是建立在电脑应用的基础之上的。因此电能在现代社会工业生产及整个国民经济生活中应用极为广泛。

本设计为某天然气脱硫厂供配电系统的设计，根据天然气脱硫厂的三个车间用电设备的情况和生产要求，本次设计天然气脱硫厂供配电先进行分类，分清一级，二级和三级负荷，总体确定供电思路，充分保证供电可靠性。然后进行负荷计算，为满足供电系统对企业功率因数的要求，进行无功功率补偿。确定变电所主变压器台数和容量、联结方式，然后设计本变电所的电气主接线，进行必要的短路电流计算，选择高低压设备及进出线和校验变电次设备及进出线，选择整定继电保护装置，确定防雷和接地装置保证供配电所得安全。

ABSTRACT

Natural gas desulfurization plant powered, meaning gas desulfurization plant supply and distribution of electrical energy required, also known as natural gas desulfurization plant and distribution, this design is to give a gas desulfurization plant for the distribution of the three workshops.

As we all know, energy is a major modern industrial production of energy and momentum. Power both easy conversion from other forms of energy from, but also easily converted into other forms of energy to supply the use. Electricity transmission and distribution both simple and economical, and easy to control, regulation and measurement, is conducive to the production process automation, and modern society, information technology and other high-tech and both are built on the basis of computer applications. Therefore, in modern society, energy production and industrial life of the entire national economy wide range of applications.

This design for a gas desulfurization plant supply and distribution system design, based on natural gas desulfurization plant three cases of electrical equipment workshop and production requirements, this design supply and distribution of natural gas desulfurization plants are classified first, to distinguish between one, two and three loads to determine the overall power train of thought, and fully guarantee the reliability of power supply. Then calculate the load, the power supply system of the enterprise in order to meet the requirements of the power factor for reactive power compensation. Determine the number of units and the main transformer substation capacity, linking methods, and then design the substation main electrical wiring, make the necessary short-circuit current calculation, select high and low voltage equipment and the inlet and outlet and check substation secondary equipment and inlet and outlet, select tuning protection devices, lightning protection and grounding devices to determine supply and distribution income guarantee safety.
